Hair Policy All hair purchases are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of the product, hair cannot be returned or exchanged.
Apparel Policy Apparel items may be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Accessories All accessory sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Refunds Refunds are not offered on any purchases.
